Army abducts more than 23 from Dera Bugti’s Zain Koh town – report


Dera Bugti: 23+ Bugti tribesmen abducted from Dera Bugti in Two weeks- BRP Media Cell Reports

Pakistani forces have abducted more than thirty Bugti tribesmen within two weeks in the Zainkoh and other areas of Dera Bugti. BRP Media Cell has listed identity of half of the victims and that of the rest remains unverified.

In the 1st of January, 2018 Pakistani forces conducted a swift military operation in the Zainkoh area of Dera Bugti. At least 15 Bugti tribesmen were abducted out of whom only nine were identified as: Baji Bugti s/o Shah Nawaz Bugti, Lahri Bugti s/o Shah Nawaz Bugti, Mando Bugti s/o Shah Nawaz Bugti, Bacha Bugti s/o Ali Murad Bugti, Kahliri Bugti s/o Lal Bugti, Ayoub Bugti s/o Raja Bugti, Mehrullah Bugti, Mesri Bugti s/o Raja Bugti and Mir Mohammad Bugti.

While the fate of these victims remained unknown, yet another person namely Hazoor Baksh Bugti was whisked away by the Pakistani security forces in a raid in the Zainkoh area of Dera Bugti on the 6th of January, 2018.

BRP Media Cell sources also reported abductions of two brothers, Jamo Bugti & Pahlo Bugti, sons of Azlhan Bugti by Pakistani forces in an operation in Uch, Dera Bugti on the 10the of January, This Year.

After a five days break, Pakistani forces conducted yet another military operation in the Zainkoh area adding three more Bugti tribesmen, being identified as Wesaaq Bugti s/o, Dahlaq, Bozzo s/o Ghulam Mohammad Bugti and Hazoor Baksh Bugti, to the list of missing Baloch persons.

Our sources reported that the abductions are still continuing and two more tribesmen were abducted in the same area. The victims were identified as Pahgri s/ Lal Bugti and Rahmatullah Bugti s/o Sultan Bugti.
