Berlin protest highlighted abductions of Baloch women & children


IMG_3714Berlin: Baloch Republican Party spokesman Mr Sher Mohammad Bugti in a statement has said that Party’s Germany chapter has held protest against mass abductions of Baloch women and children by Pakistani forces from Balochistan in Berlin here on Friday.

A large number of Balochistan largest political party, the BRP has held protest outside the office of German chancellor Angela Merkel against recent abductions of Baloch women and children at the hands of Pakistan army from Dera Bugti and Naseerabad districts on 6th Jan this year, he added.

The protesters were carrying photos of, victims of “kill & dump”, and banners subscribed with various slogans against Pakistani state atrocities, Chinese intervention, abductions of Baloch women and the Baloch genocide. The statement says the objective of the protest was to highlight  abductions of Baloch women and children and war crimes by Pakistani armed forces. They urged German government to take note of barbarism of Pakistan army in Balochistan.

Earlier this month, hundreds of Pakistani military troops backed by Gunship helicopters conducted massive and gory operation in Uch, Chatter, Sharidarbar, Pirkoh, Pasheni, Marav, Hann & other areas of adjoining districts of Dera Bugti & Naseerabad.

Forces have abducted above then 250 people majority of them were women and children during these fierce military operations while more than 2000 cattle including goats, sheep, and camels of local Bugti tribesmen have also been taken away by Pakistan military troops.

It is worth to mention here that an infant, Manzoor son of Sona Bugti,  died due to cold and lack of food in custody of Pakistan army while later his mother was released in serious condition.
Mr Bugti said that party activists handed over a letter to the office of German chancellor office Angela Merkel, urging her to take notice of abductions of Baloch women and children and heinous crimes being committed in Balochistan by Pakistan army.
